Looking for reliable resource for long term contracts for JP54 as well as D2

I find myself in a position where I was introduced to the exclusive representative of a powerful Hedgefund. they are currently taking positions in JP54 with various Russian refineries.

They have interest in speak to other refineries, but lack the time to approach every one while in the midst of transactions right now. I am trying through a reliable contact of mine in Holland, but was not successful until now.

large jet fuel purchases D-2

I am working with trader on several large jet fuel purchases (30 to 50 million barrel a month for 5 years).

We had a smaller D-2 sale that just fell apart because of a greedy mandate. We, urgently, need a soft offer for 300,000 mts of D-2 (non-Russian) a month for 12 months.
